My approach to growth is forged from a lifetime of navigation. Long before I was a Fractional CMO, I was learning to read the terrain. As an Eagle Scout ('99), I learned that preparation prevents failure. As an Infantryman in Operation Iraqi Freedom ('06-'09), I learned that even the best plans change under fire, and that calm, decisive leadership is the only way forward.
